GENERAL PROVISIONS
Association ‘Ukrainian Foundation of Companies Providing Organizational and Legal Support of Assisted Reproductive Technologies’ (hereinafter - the ‘Association’) is a nonprofit, voluntary, noncommercial public contractual association of companies, institutions and organisations providing organisational and legal support to the Human Reproduction Programmes, founded for to protection of rights and interests of the parties to such programmes.
Registered Name of the Association is:
§ In Ukrainian language - «Всеукраїнська фундація компаній із організаційно-правового забезпечення програм допоміжних репродуктивних технологій»;
§ InRussianlanguage - «Всеукраинская фундация компаний по организационно-правовому обеспечению программ вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий
§ In English language- «Ukrainian Foundation of Companies Providing Organizational and Legal Support of Assisted Reproductive Technologies».
Short name of the Association is:
§ InUkrainianlanguage – Асоціація «Забезпечення програм ДРТ»,
§ InRussianlanguage – Ассоциация «Обеспечение программ ВРТ»,
§ In English language - Association «ART Support».
1. Association is not entitled to influence the crucial aspects of commercial activity of its founders and members, or control their competition tactics.
2. The main goal (the subject) of the Association is coordination of its members’ activity, however with no right to interfere into their production processes and commercial strategies.
3. The Association acts in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and on the basis of this Charter.
4. The Association obtains its legal status from the date of the State Registration, has a separate balance and bank accounts, its official stamp, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, an emblem and a logotype.
5. All rights for name, emblem and logotype of the Association are reserved.
6. The Association is formed only as a contractual association, not a commercial company or enterprise. The Association cannot conduct a business activity, cannot enter into the agreements (contracts) for integration of business activity by its members, cannot establish or co-found commercial entities.
